"When I discovered Soccer Resilience®, it just clicked. Mental strength is everything, and daily training is priceless. We often overlook the importance of consistent mental training. While my career has been blessed, I've also faced many challenges, and how you respond matters. I'm excited to share my experiences to help others!"

Michelle Betos

A professional goalkeeper entering her 13th season in the NWSL, Michelle's a passionate advocate for mental performance training. She credits it with helping her achieve her goals and become the best athlete she can be. And that's why she's dedicated to sharing her knowledge and experience with others.

"I wholeheartedly believe in the transformative power of mental performance. It has shaped my career and become an integral part of my life. I swear by the principles and strategies I've developed and implemented, and I'm driven to help others navigate their own paths to success by sharing them. I believe these tools can unlock people's potential and help them thrive and overcome any challenge in any pursuit."

Morgan Hackworth

After playing in 4 Final Fours with Akron, Morgan went pro and is now in his 5th year with the San Diego Loyal. He's personally experienced the benefits of mental fitness, and he's committed to using his story to inspire others.

"When I was a sophomore in college, I wanted to quit soccer forever. I was going through one of the darkest and most depressing times in my life. But I thought, 'This can't be it.' I decided to give soccer one last chance and see if I could find joy in it again. If I hadn't made that decision, I wouldn't be going into my 5th year as a professional soccer player and living the life I've always dreamed of."

Brianna Pinto

After a stellar youth and college career at UNC Chapel Hill, she was drafted 3rd overall in 2021 and is now in her 3rd year as a pro with the NC Courage. She's a star on and off the field who's overcome adversity to achieve her dreams, inspiring others with her hard work and dedication.

"Many athletes, including myself, have neglected mental strength training. This is a mistake, as mental strength is critical for success in sport and life. As I develop my own mental fitness tools, I hope to inspire next-generation athletes to prioritize their psychological wellbeing."

George Marks

George, an NCAA National Champion with Clemson in 2021, is currently in his 2nd year with Charlotte FC in MLS. He's an avid practitioner of mental fitness and firmly believes in the power of training your mind! Especially in a position that's as mentally demanding as goalkeeper.

"Mental health and performance are massive pillars of my game. Responding to adversity, big or small, and staying in the present moment are skills that allow me to play freely and unlock my potential. I'm thrilled to partner with Soccer Resilience® to continue honing my own mental game and to help others in their journey!”

Kaleigh Kurtz

Kaleigh, or KK, has overcome a lot to become a defender for the NC Courage in the NWSL. She didn't start in the league for four years, but she never gave up. Today, she's a mainstay on the Courage's backline and has won an ICC tournament, 2 NWSL shields, and 2 NWSL championships. KK loves to use her story to show others that anything is possible if we're resilient and don't give up on our dreams.

"Soccer's been my passion for as long as I can remember, but it hasn't always been easy. I struggled with the mental side of sports (and life) for a long time, but I've learned (and continue to learn) to overcome those challenges. Now, I want to use my experiences to help others normalize shared experiences and make a positive impact on their lives."

"Mental fitness doesn't just help you win more games, it also makes the journey more enjoyable. I'm passionate about helping players unlock their full potential by training their minds. The biggest difference that mental training has made in my life is that it's helped me stay present and focused, even through the ups and downs of soccer."
