When you use the Soccer Resilience Academy mobile application, Kajabi may collect or process:

This information is used to provide the application, maintain account access, record course and lesson progress, troubleshoot technical problems, and improve the user experience. The mobile application is powered by Kajabi, which processes this information as a service provider.

The Soccer Resilience Academy mobile application is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. These platforms may collect technical and usage information according to their own privacy policies.

Soccer Resilience educational content may be appropriate for youth athletes under the age of 13. Accounts may be created only by individuals age 13 or older. A child under 13 may use our services only through an account purchased, created, and controlled by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian must provide their own email address and authorize the child’s use of the services.

The personal information associated with an under-13 account generally includes the player’s name and the parent’s or guardian’s email address. When the account is used, Kajabi may also record course progress, lesson completion, video progress, and related activity necessary to provide the educational experience.

Children under 13 should not independently create an account or submit personal information to Soccer Resilience. If we learn that a child under 13 provided personal information without authorization from a parent or legal guardian, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

A parent or guardian may contact us to review or request deletion of information associated with their child’s account.
