These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Soccer Resilience website, mobile application, courses, community features, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of Soccer Resilience, including visitors, registered members, course participants, community members, and mobile app users.

1. Eligibility and Minors

Accounts may be created only by individuals age 13 or older. A child under 13 may use the Platform only through an account purchased, created, and controlled by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian must use their own email address for the account. By purchasing or creating an account for a child under 13, the parent or guardian authorizes the child’s use of the Platform.

Individuals ages 13 through 17 may use the Platform with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians who permit a minor to use the Platform accept responsibility for the minor’s use, including participation in courses and community discussions.

Account Credentials

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Account sharing is generally not permitted. However, parents or legal guardians may access and manage an account created for a minor.

Account Responsibility

Users agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep that information current.

Account Suspension or Termination

Soccer Resilience reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service, misuses the platform, or engages in behavior that is harmful to other users or the Soccer Resilience community.

2. Payments and Purchases

Purchasing Access

The Soccer Resilience mobile application does not process purchases directly within the App. When users choose to purchase a course or program, they will be redirected to the official Soccer Resilience website to complete the transaction. Payments made through the Soccer Resilience website may be processed through PayPal or Kajabi Payments. Kajabi Payments uses Stripe to process payments. Additional processor terms may apply to a transaction.

  • One‑time purchases for individual courses or programs

Refund Policy

Soccer Resilience offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on its training programs. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase in accordance with the Soccer Resilience Refund Policy available at https://www.soccerresilience.com/refund-policy.

Access Duration

Access remains available while the applicable program is offered and the user’s account remains active and in good standing.

3. Intellectual Property

Ownership of Content

All content available through the Soccer Resilience platform, including but not limited to courses, videos, training materials, exercises, graphics, text, and tools, is the intellectual property of Soccer Resilience and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Restrictions on Use

Users may not download, copy, reproduce, record, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise share any Soccer Resilience content without prior written permission from Soccer Resilience.

Permitted Use

Access to Soccer Resilience content is provided for the specific use associated with the purchased product or program. Some courses are intended for individual personal use, while others may be licensed for team or organizational use. Users may only use the content in accordance with the specific license granted at the time of purchase.

Unauthorized sharing or use of Soccer Resilience materials beyond the scope of the purchased license is prohibited.

4. Community Guidelines

Community Access

The Soccer Resilience platform may include a community discussion space where users can post, comment, and engage with other members. The purpose of this space is to support learning, encouragement, and constructive discussion related to mental resilience, performance, and personal development.

User Content

Users retain ownership of content they voluntarily post in the community. By posting content, users grant Soccer Resilience and its service providers, including Kajabi, a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, display, and make that content available solely as needed to operate, provide, and moderate the community.

Users should not post confidential information, another person’s personal information without permission, or content they do not own or have permission to share.

Community Standards

Users agree to participate respectfully and responsibly. The following behavior is prohibited within the community:

  • Harassment or bullying of other members
  • Offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language
  • Spam, solicitation, or unauthorized promotional content
  • Any behavior that disrupts the learning environment or harms other users

Moderation Rights

Soccer Resilience reserves the right to moderate the community at its sole discretion. This includes the ability to:

  • Remove posts or comments
  • Limit or suspend participation
  • Remove users from the community

These actions may be taken if a user violates community standards or engages in behavior that undermines the safety or purpose of the community.

5. Mental Training and Health Disclaimer

Educational Purpose

All content provided through the Soccer Resilience platform, including courses, videos, exercises, and tools, is intended for educational and informational purposes only.

Not Medical or Psychological Treatment

Soccer Resilience provides mental training and performance education. The content does not constitute medical advice, psychological treatment, therapy, diagnosis, or professional healthcare services.

Not a Substitute for Professional Care

The materials and tools offered through Soccer Resilience are not intended to replace services provided by licensed medical professionals, psychologists, therapists, or other qualified healthcare providers.

Seeking Professional Help

Users experiencing significant mental health challenges, emotional distress, or medical concerns are encouraged to seek assistance from a qualified medical or mental health professional. Soccer Resilience does not provide crisis services or medical treatment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Use at Your Own Risk

All Soccer Resilience content, including courses, exercises, tools, and training materials, is used at the user's own risk. Users assume full responsibility for how they apply the information, techniques, and strategies provided through the platform.

No Responsibility for Outcomes

Soccer Resilience is not responsible for any injuries, performance outcomes, personal decisions, or other results that may occur from the use or application of its content, programs, or materials.

Disclaimer of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Soccer Resilience, its owners, partners, contractors, ambassadors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of the Soccer Resilience platform, courses, tools, or services.

By accessing or using the platform, users acknowledge that they do so voluntarily and accept full responsibility for any outcomes related to their participation.

7. Privacy

Soccer Resilience collects and processes personal information as described in the Soccer Resilience Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains the information collected through the website, courses, community features, and mobile application; how that information is used and disclosed; the service providers involved; and the choices and rights available to users.

  • Modifying these Terms of Service

Acceptance of Updated Terms

From time to time, Soccer Resilience may update these Terms of Service. When changes are material, Soccer Resilience may provide notice through the website, email, or the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users who do not agree with the updated Terms should discontinue use of the Platform.

Account Termination for Violations

Soccer Resilience reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access to the platform at its sole discretion if a user violates these Terms of Service, misuses the platform, or engages in behavior that harms the platform or its community. In such cases, access may be revoked immediately and without refund.

9. Governing Law

Applicable Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Soccer Resilience platform shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms or the use of the Soccer Resilience platform shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and users consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

United States Law

The Soccer Resilience platform is operated from the United States and these Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of California.

The Soccer Resilience mobile application may rely on or integrate with third‑party platforms and services, including but not limited to Kajabi, Apple App Store, Google Play, and other technology providers. These third parties are not responsible for the content, services, or materials provided by Soccer Resilience.

Use of the platform may also be subject to the terms and policies of those third‑party providers. Soccer Resilience is not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third‑party services.

13. App Store Compliance

If the Soccer Resilience mobile application is accessed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or similar distribution platforms, users acknowledge that these platforms are not responsible for the content, maintenance, support, or operation of the Soccer Resilience application.

Users further acknowledge that Apple, Google, and other applicable platform providers are third‑party beneficiaries of these Terms of Service and may enforce applicable provisions as permitted by their respective policies.

14. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree to use the Soccer Resilience platform and mobile application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. Users may not:

  • Attempt to scrape, extract, or systematically collect platform data or course content
  • Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the platform
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or access restricted areas of the platform
  • Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the platform

Soccer Resilience reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited activities.
